Clinton Naude CEM and Paula Naude MA AEM are volunteer mentors with The For-Purpose Sector Leadership Mentoring Programme, an annual mentoring program facilitated by SociaLink designed to strengthen leadership abilities by pairing Mentors with Mentees, providing support for both current and aspiring leaders within the community sector.
Clinton Naude CEM is a Featured Mentor with the Certification Programme through the International Association of Emergency Managers, designed to connect candidates with an experienced AEM/CEM mentor.
Governance and Committees
Clinton Naude CEM is a member of the Bay of Plenty Local Advisory Committee with Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ). Local Advisory Committees (LACs) across the motu (country) bring strong local perspective and connections to inform planning, strategy and delivery. LAC’s help FENZ better support communities to reduce risk, prepare for and respond to emergencies, and recover quickly when they happen.
Clinton Naude CEM serves on the Massey University Emergency Management Board of Studies.
Paula Naude MA AEM is the current Vice President of the Oceania Council, International Association of Emergency Managers and chairs the Professional Development Committee.
Clinton Naude CEM is the Immediate Past President of the Oceania Council, International Association of Emergency Managers and current New Zealand representative on the Professional Development Committee.
